Beginning was calm and relaxing. Going in I started to see a white “vortex” or “wormhole”. Moving toward it I saw flashes of random images that I couldn’t make out. Then saw people from past situations coming and going. From their I saw myself swimming in an Abyss. Then more random thoughts. About midway I felt a deeper understanding of what a “group” meditation was and said “I’m doing my part” and “charged up”. My pineal was energized like never before and I started to really really go in. I saw myself toiling soil then a “craft” came for me. I felt pure POWER turned around and took a step “into” my mind. The vortex returned. Music got louder my breathing deeper. And was in another world sitting down pulsating with “pure energy”.
To me I felt I was transcending! The ending was MAJOR for me everytime I heard the click sound it was making waves to through me from head to toe!
It took awhile for me to quiet my mind, but once I did I felt myself moving really fast through a black sky with white flakes moving towards me really fast like snow falling at night. It was strange b/c I would go in and out of it. Also, a alot of twitches and tingles on the right side of my body. Good experience:-)
Nice nature sounds. Peaceful and relaxing but I wonder if hearing the birds and water is keeping my mind from transcending this 4th demension…

These Alpha Brainwave Meditations consists of a combination of alpha isochronic pulses, nature sounds, ambient music, sacred “OM”, chants, and a wide variety of instruments from the flute to sacred Tibetan bowls. Brainwave entrainment or “brainwave synchronization”, is a new yet ancient science that causes brainwave frequencies to fall into step with a periodic stimulus having a frequency corresponding to the intended brain-state. It is based upon the “frequency following” response which is the human brain’s tendency to change its dominant EEG frequency towards the frequency of a dominant external stimulus. Such a stimulus is often aural (audio), in this case isochronic tones. In ancient times, drumming, chanting, etc., was used to produce profound trance states of consciousness.
We use isochronic tones because they are the most effective and can be listened to with or without headphones or from any set of speakers. Isochronic tones are separate pulses of a single tone or sound. used for brainwave entrainment. Isochronic tones work by emitting sound at regular intervals. This excites the thalamus and causes the brain to duplicate the frequency of the Isochronic tones, changing its thought patterns.
There are four main brainwave categories, which determine or mental state or state of mind. Below is a simple chart showing the frequency range and name of the four main brainwave state:
12–39 Hz / Beta waves: Active, busy or anxious thinking and active concentration, arousal, cognition, and or paranoia.
8–12 Hz / Alpha waves: Relaxation (while awake), pre-sleep and pre-wake drowsiness, REM sleep, dreams. Zen-trained meditation masters produce noticeably more alpha waves during meditation.
4–8 Hz / Theta waves: deep meditation/relaxation, NREM sleep
0–4 Hz / Delta waves: Deep dreamless sleep, loss of body awareness

I truly enjoyed this meditation. I almost did not want it to end. Even though this one was 45 minutes and not the usual 36 minutes, I still wanted to continue longer. Last night I dreamed about all of the members who have been attending the LIVE! meditations. definitely a bond and a mastermind has been born and it is growing stronger day by day!
Meditation was 45min, it flew so fast it felt like half that. I also could have went on much longer. This meditation was the most colorfully active meditation I’ve ever had. First I saw white and bright orbs flashing right to left “outside” of my eyelids. Then it transitioned into what looked like “aurora borealis” from there I literally saw a laser light show in perfect harmony. My left eye would flash brightly then would crash over into my right eye just like a wave of blue light. From there I saw black audio looking waves flowing to my pineal gland or my center. After that it was pure bliss with random thoughts defragmenting and organizing.
definitely a laid back feel. no sense of time.
MY EXPERIENCE WAS BEAUTIFUL I ALMOST FELT LIKE I WAS LUCID DREAMING MY FOREHEAD TINGLED FOR A FEW MINUTES,ITS KIND OF DIFFICULT TO PUT THIS ONE INTO WORDS

Very powerful!
Powerful Meditation…I really felt the ENERGY surge…We are vibrating and resonating on higher frequencies…
Another great mediatation. It felt great. I felt 3 joltz again. My body Temp went up and my hads are still warm.
GREAT SHOW!!! Relaxing meditation and stimulus for the mind. Thankyou to everyone
My experience was intense! This is the first night that my chest didnt tighten up and my nose didnt get stuffy. I again felt the sense of weighlessness, but this time, I was more in control.
The energy surging thru my body was and is continually moving up and down , I feel it from the top of my head tip of my toes, but especially in my legs……… I feel the urge to get up and run around. Toward the last 10mins of the meditation, as it began its descent ,I felt a calmness, a flow and at that moment I recalled seeing myself in this meditation, in the exact location, wearing the same clothing, pointing in the same direction.
Since i began these meditations, i am in a constant state of an elevated life condition. there is a pending sense of purpose, and i look forward to revitalizing it each and every evening…………………i’m more alive. thank you Moorpheus for your guidance.

Wow, I did this meditation in the bathtub with some quartz crystals, essential oils, and sea salt. I invoked things over my past, present, and future life. I’ cried and felt a huge release of my past leave me a well as a insurance of my new life. My body was vibrating and @ times it felt like I wasn’t here. This was true healing “At last”.
I shoulda been meditating a long time ago..
This was a great experience!!!
Yes, same here. I lost sense of time, and felt the weightlessness of being out of body. I also experienced the feeling of being at peace. At last, Atlas.
Powerful stuff as usual!!! I didnt prepare to well so it took a bit get into it on top of being but when i settled in I began to see myself in a different form
in peaceful place all the while back and forth through the chatter but when the water came through I immediately seen a substance like water but not quite purging through me then filling me up, that was the most powerful point for me in this one…This meditation was refreshing.
I saw rainbow hands!I lost all time and where I was.
On a few occasions I was pulled slightly out of my seat, feeling of weightlessness, some stimulation at the 3rd eye. Just exhilarating
it felt like your on an island somewhere in nature.

Thank you!
The meditation was truly other worldly. My mind would bring random thoughts that quickly went away as meditation got deeper. I started to feel relaxed more and more. Visuals became clearer. About halfway through I felt a little discomfort in my chest then my neck and that is when my body began to recalibrate and align itself. I slide a pillow behind me and my posture began to align itself as I relaxed even more. When it was over I was able to clearly download the information even if I wasn’t writing anything. Everything was processing crystal clear. My pineal was absolutely energized as well. Deep deep meditation indeed.
