Meditation Instructions
1. Before meditating, make sure your body is hydrated. Drink a glass of pure water.
2. Find a comfortable seat or chair and sit with your back straight and your head straight.
3. Put on a good set of headphones. you can get excellent quality SONY headphones for under $30. Otherwise good speakers will do.
4. Close your eyes and tilt them slightly upwards for enhanced visualizations.
5. Put your arms at your sides or in your lap in a comfortable position. You can turn your palms upwards and touch your thumb and index finger together.
6. Breath deeply from your diaphragm (below your chest) and not from your chest. Plant tongue up against the roof of your mouth (this is the switch that closes the micro-cosmic circuit).

Did not meditate like I normally do, over the last couple of weeks. I caught part of group meditations like 20 to 30 min. of the ending or missing it all together. It seemed everything got in my way. I became stressed out. but for those 20 to 30 min’s. that I was able to listen I worked my sigil programming, It’s a simple program, I know it works because I’m seeing manifestations of it playing out in my life. However I did notice a change in my sleeping habits for what every reasons when I decreased my meditations. So I think that I’ll add that to my sigil programming for 21 days. I also find that when I do group meditations, I feel more confident as I move forward with my goals. Working from my Quantum brain is an amazing new expression energy each

This Particular Meditation: “When” in Pain Keep your Head Up to the Sky…Is particularly Powerful Moorpheus. I am a late comer, and tried 2 previous ones, but This one has my left & right Hemispheres literally throbbing with pressure, it’s Tangible, it’s almost as if theyre communicating (Dancing) vivaciously without me having to do anything.
I found that this med didn’t contain any distractive noises, like voices etc like the one before, and it Really helped me reach the Alpha State, for the First Time, I felt an Immediate change, almost like a Switch had been Turned On, is that what it feels like? it felt Good! Now I just have to visualize Harder…
The Bones are Stiring… deep in The Valley…

This mornings meditation was wired for me, thoughts about my sister came to me and I wondered why. because any thoughts around her bring about emotional stress it’ a toxic relationship. but it was revealed to me during this meditation, to stop putting myself in the line of fire from a gun that just might always be in her hands and for god sake stop giving her the ammonition to shoot myself with, all in the name of that’s my sister and I love my sister. To Love her at a distance and no.., I don’t’ half to like her as long as she exhibit destructive behavior toward me. I wondered during meditation why do I feel such strong family ties with my siblings who don’t seem to have any toward each other or me. I quest its true I am different. and I am grateful for the opportunity to meet like minded people. A lot of what is taught on this site is not new to me. But having someone like Moorpheus help me to connect the dots. is truly out of this world. Oh well that’s how my meditation went today. and I need to put this lesson into action like yesterday.

I feel like the boy who was never meant to find this…
I am in London, and am 5 hrs ahead, so I have to wake-up from sleep, at 3am at night to catch these…
This nigh seemed a full moon, Before going to bed, I gently spoke to my mind telling it the importance of 3am GMT, sure enough, I automatically awoke at roighly that time, though I wasn’t sure exactly what time it was my eyes opeed.
I stumbled to my computer, and as it awoke from standbye, my eyes closed and I remembered asking myself, what if I missed the Meditation, when I hear d Morpheus’s voice saying , you can either change your Reality…or “Splat” !
Immediately I felt this warp speed feeling, and it’s as if I alligned to the right time as much as possible…it was 3:20am
I am greatfull to have taken this step on faith, as I am wholy frustrated, that when I meditate here, I get Nothin’ Just mey eyeballs rolling inside my head, and I do feel my ody pulsing, but I can’t visualize anything yet…
I hope I do, I must, has anybody else felt the same way, and then Boom! had a break-through?
I feel as If I am the last apple at the botttom of the barrel, and joining these mediatations, that I’m looking Waay Up, into the stars where ya’ll are, and I can’t seem to see that far..

I feel relaxed and content after this meditation. I feel like everything is going to be alright. I started my occoulia programming this week and now I am on my 5th day of programming i have to be honest in the bak of my head i have my little fears (ake negative programs) questioning if I am doing my programming properly and if it is really going to happen but I still maintain my consistency because I want Sophia to see how serious I am I want to prove to myself that the impossible is possible it is all about mind over matter and I find that as I keep telling myself that and intergrating that into my life the barriers of illusions keep breaking down.

Excellent Medi I was so cool and calm when I went into Alpha mode. I went in very deeply and I felt my energy flowing inside me intensely. I am on my fourth day of my programming and I can already feel my relationship with the subconscious becoming more intimate. I am able recognize when I am in Alpha more more quickly and precisely this is wonderful.

I felt very relaxed during mediation this morning, I am beginning to express more freedom in my life, as I become aware of some of the programs that are running in my background. The thought came forth to do more writing as I listened to the meditation this morning, to help myself to stay focus. The waves were very relaxing as I could feel both sides of my brain being stimulated causing me to see and feel many things.

Today I began running my program, this meditation was great I went into alpha less than 5 mins after the sound started. Before I began focusing on my program I saw astral spirals like the ones in space. I felt like I was in a movie theater, I was in the “Cinema of The Mind” As I meditated I could feel the energy rising and getting hot inside of me. The activation of a new reality is in progress, I know what time it is.

This meditation was very relaxing and assuring. I meditated on the program I want to create for a new reality and I got positive feedback. When I started writing out the reality I wanted to create through Occoulia I started getting nervous and doubting myself, I started asking myself am I worthy to live such a wonderful, successful life? Will I be able to handle all of this? What if it is too much for me? Then I began reflecting on my past experiences in this life and all the programs I was running that created my reality and I realized that the choice has always been and will be mine. I used allow my to run negative programs and in return I created a reality for myself that had alot of pain and suffering; now if I could do that then why can’t I create a beautiful reality for myself? Why cant I create a reality where I am living in harmony and prosperity? I can and I will. I”ve been to the dark side and from being there I learned that I learned that I am the light, I have been to the lowest points and now there is nothing else for me to do but ascend. I’ve shed the fear and guilt of living a happy life and now I am ready to create a new reality for My family and myself… Sophia here I come lol

I fell asleep during last nights meditation and I had a wild and lucid dreaming experience. All of a sudden I saw Brother Moorpheus and he sprinkled some kind of powder on the floor, and some kind of “entity” suddenly appeared, and tapped me in the back and I was too chicken to look at it so I closed my eyes and made myself wake up….lool…

I was doing the late night 2 am meditation and fell asleep to it and woke up to doing to the 8 am meditation and was able to remember my dream. Well, some parts of it.

In this mornings meditation my body felt relaxed. This morning I didn’t feel uncontrolled mind chatter in my head I kept feeling the need to affirm who I am( as a god ), and what powers are available to me. EX, How long will I continue to except unconsciously illnesses (a program) that don’t exist, except in my head created by me that can be (deprogrammed). There’s no way with the care I give to myself that I shouldn’t feel great most of the time. It has to to be that I am running these background program. that’s interfering in everyday life. These are the kind of thoughts that are popping up doing meditation, like except the power’s I have by believing more and practice some god power idea’s. Don’t just know but do and experience who I am.

8 am meditation was very relaxing, could see little white lights that appeared in the middle of my eye lids moving across in a downward motion. I caught myself drifting off many times, I’m wondering should I relax into it or keep forcing myself to come back? It don’t exactly feel like sleep. Feels rather good.

I did my 45 min. meditation this morning I felt relaxed upon finishing it. but my thoughts would not stop coming during my meditation, thoughts from everywhere. However one thought did come through that felt right, relaxing even.. concerning the subject matter of my next Nutrition Health class Presentation. um… when I wasn’t even thing about the class.

this mornings meditation was a little weird their where many pauses in the playing of the meditation, like abrupt stops.Today after I was able to relax, I visualize the person the that I’m sending healing energy to. I did it at least once, controlled visualization is a challenge for me. I quest I need some debugging in that department. Oh! and thanks I’m so.. sleeping better because of the meditations. Still get up a lot, but better over all.

In tonight’s meditation, I could feel the waves moving, all over my right and left brain, I first started to see objects like individual pieces of furniture. Then a thought came to me to help bless a individual to release the program that’s blocking their energy to heal. So please send some healing energy doing meditations to help her the condition is serious. Also the water sound is very cleansing and soothing.

Wow! it took me a long time to get back to meditation. everything was blocking me, all kind of problems. However I was determined to get a full meditation in no matter what it took. It was like anything that could happen did happen. I did the 10 minute one’s but I was starving for the 45 minute one. I put off buying because I made other Secret of Secret purchases. So today after my third attempt to connect it was great..! I’am still working on looking upward doing meditation, when I’m looking upward my eye’s seem to start flickering. Today I think I actually began to travel thorough the stars and see planets. So.. I’m thinking maybe my left brain was the source of my two days of not being able to get in my 45min. meditation. from dealing with emotional things, Today I was able to ascend far in my meditation than I’ve gone before. It was great! My eyes kept flicking like a butterfly, causing me to take a little longer trying to control the flickering, the flickering felt wired.

The afternoon meditation was interesting. Alot of thoughts and images moving through my head, none of them I could identify with as a matter of fact they didnt seem to have anything to do with me at all. The subconscious is a quantum computer so perhaps I was experiencing someone’ else experiences or perhaps the quantum mind was trying to show me something I should be prepared for. I vaguely remember the images I saw but I remember feeling like those thoughts were not my own. Time will tell.

This Meditation was Great! I had a revelations of where I should be going in this paticular time of my life. I felt so much love from the Universe and I gave my energy bak. Towards the end of the meditation when the water was moving bak and forth I felt a cool sensation in my brain. Then after the meditation was over I opened my eyes very slowly and just sat very still for a moment. As I sat still I felt my insides moving in a rhythm and it was pushing me bak and forth. I felt as if the energy of this rhythm was about to jump out of me. And as I sat and observed this feeling I realized it was my heart. Wow I thought to myself because I never experienced my heart beating like that. The only time I used to feel my heart beat was when I was in stressful situations. But this experience felt like I finally got in touch with the true beat, the true energy of my heart charkra. I’ve neva felt so alive. Last month I got an energy reading from a spiritual sistah of mines and she told me that when she read my heart energy there was a void. She said that the void meant that my heart energy was shut down and suggested that I search myself to find out the cause of that void. I had always thought that I listened to my heart but after reflecting I realized that I was using my head more then my heart. There is a saying that goes ” Decisions should be made from the heart”and now I am beginning to really integrate into myself the meaning of that phrase. First off that saying is esoteric in every sense. The heart is a very important organ and energy It is the first part of yu that develops when yu are in the womb Yu literally grow out of a heart! Alot of us like to give reverence to the brain/mind energy and its inllegence and creativity; indeed it is great but it could not exist without the heart/mind energy for this is the place where the energy of unconditional love resides. Love is the energy that brings things into existence, love is the energy that denys fear, forgives, and embraces all. Love is the energy that opens the door for evolution. Love is essence of the divine. We should approach life and all its situations with more love, so when it is time to make decisions we will always make the right ones because they will be based in the energy of universal antiquity.

$peace and namasta, new moon is one of the best so far!!!!!!!!!total calmness and peace came over me during this meditation….. and the felling stayed with me after the med was over….. as with the other comments of the last med prior to new moon…. it made me feel disturbed and unsettled…i thought it was just me and struggled through them… but now with new moon, brother moorpheus hit a grand slam….. absolutely gonna join more live meds than with the last one.

Before Secret of Secrets I wanted to take my meditation to another level and so I was guided to a couple of other places and they were good but it wasn’t addressing the god in me. then I heard you on talk radio, you were point on. So I came to your sight and now it’s helping me to learn to connect more.. with my god self using better tools, I am so.. ready for this ascending. When I came on to your website I must have played all the 10 min. meditations as I began to explore the site. the meditations left me seeing, when I would close my eyes and relax, white lights or stars on the screens of my eyes lids and colors like a cross between red and burgundy. Also faces of older ancient men, but this was after meditation also any time I would relax and began to drift off to sleep. Now when I did the group Meditation I felt so relaxed doing the meditations, that I did it three times but on the fourth time… I don’t know, it was harder for me. I felt agitated I felt pain in different area’s , my foot , neck also a pain hit me so hard in the very tip of my right middle finger that it lift up my hand up from its position were it was resting palm up and touching the left thumb. Like a uncontrolled muscle spasm. Don’t know what that was all about, but I made it through the group med. I notice that I sleep a little better when I finally go. and I’m understanding more. I know I make typing error’s but I’m expecting that will clear up.

This was my second meditation. I was not able to sit through the whole meditation on my first try my mind felt agitated. the second time i was not so agitated by the music. I did experience a stillness in my body and saw flashes of different colors. I also had visions of stars. Still i could not sit through the complete meditation. I know this is a new meditation experience for me and will take time for the adjustment.

Yes, 45 minutes is a long time to sit still with your eyes closed. Especially if you have not done it before. Even those who have done it before may find it hard sometimes. In time. No rush. The quantum mind is not going anywhere, its already everywhere!

$peace and namasta today during the live meditation from 1-2 am eastern time….i had a vision and i feel i need to share with all of you my brothers and sisters in the fam… ok so in my previous post i mentioned how i had a conversation between my binary and quantum consciousness and since that channel being “open” things have gotten very interesting…….i have been tuning into every live meditation i can fit into my schedule. via SOS login or through shoutcast broadcast… todays live meditation brought me an even new experience… when i closed my eyes and began to “unwind” and get into a “nothing state” i began to feel my teeth kinda numb out? then my whole body was vibrating in a good way!!!! then came a vision of a stair case, a never ending staircase of grandiose statue……i began my accent up the stairs for a while…..when the stairs transformed into what i can best describe as an enclosed water slide, or roller coaster, like a tube, or tunnel. ok at that time i started to “follow” this tunnel, and the rate of descent increased at this time…. along with colors lots of colors……at this point the tunnel ejected me into a “spacelike” atmosphere where gravity seemed to have no effect…..floating, or flying? wow i feel like i was resting in the actual SOURCE………much love to brother moorpheus….it is real and it is time……..open your mind and free your supremacy………………….

This meditation was wonderful. I felt my tension releasing. by the end of the session I was breathing deeply with ease. My day was kind of out of wak earlier; I was very agitated and irritable even though I did my meditation and went to my yoga class. I’ve noticed this pattern some time ago when I first began cultivating my spirituality. It seemed like after a few dayS into my spiritual practices this negative opposition of my self would really show out. I would be so mean and angry, and all kind of crazy thoughts would be coming into my head, my emotions would start going crazy, I literally felt like I was at war with myself and I would have these episodes of mental/ emotional breakdowns, I felt like I was going crazy but after it passed I would feel very light and relived. I think its my lower self’s retrograde energy. Well today I felt the same thing happening to me again but picked up on it fast and nipped it in a bud. I was difficult at first because when I feel this energy come upon me it is so intense it feels like Something takes over me and I cant shake it off. I literally hadto go into a room alone so that I could get myself together. But it wasnt enough cause when I thought I was alright and things seemed to have calmed down, the energy came back again. I was going through this energy rollercoaster from about 2pm till around 5pm. My husband,( I thank the creator so much for him) recognized what was going on too and he excersied alot of patience with me and supported me till I gained my homeostasis once again. I made it through though and I felt my personal/spiritual strength expand. Tonight’s meditation expaned me further and it is so fufilling to constantly connect with myself and learn of myself so I can truly KNOW THYSELF.

My children woke up early this morning during the meditation so I brought them in the living room to meditate with me. My daughter (6 mnths) seemed to be in a trance she was so relaxed staring into space with her mouth half open. My son (two years old) was still kind of energetic he would be quiet for a moment but then he would start talking. Towards the end he finally became quiet and still. I feel that I am becoming less tense now that I have been doing the meditations. Today is the third day in a row and I’ve noticed that Im not as anxious as I used to be. I live in Nyc and I travel to work from Queens to BK everyday; now if you from NYC then you know how crazy the subway is.. everybody rushing, pushing, fighting just to get where they are going so many ppl with different energies. Well today when I traveled on the train I felt like I was in a movie I didn’t allow myself to be part of that havoc. I took my time and I just sat back observing everything like a person watching a fishtank lol. I noticed that ppl responded alot different to me, everyone I came in contact with was very nice and considerate.

$PEACE and NAMASTA, OK this will be short and to the point……..after yesterdays group meditation after the live call, i swear to GOD i had a conversation between my binary and quantum consciousness????am I crazy? i also “saw” people in the room, with my eyes closed, then i “saw an eagle flying very fast over the land then over the water??? any comments to help me understand any of this would help me to embrace it and not get freaked out…..ONE…..FAM……DUST

Did the medi this morning, It put me in a calm place. This is the second time I’ve joined this meditation and I noticed that I always yawn excessively but I dont feel tired. Perhaps it could be the sleeping Goddess in me awakening.

This meditation was very interesting. I felt as if I were going to fall asleep but my mind wouldn’t allow me. It was also very soothing because I have alot of trees around my house and in the morning the birds sing alot so the meditation mixed with the birds singing enhanced the experience. Also toward the end of the meditation I saw an image of a tree with vibrant red flowers, it was beautiful. My husband was also in the room but he was sleeping so I put the meditation up louder so it could penetrate he mind while he was sleeping. I think it did cause he looks very relaxed now lo l:mrgreen:

What can I say…Powerful and Divine! I shared this with my 18 month old Grandson Zion, he was a bit cranky and didn’t want to leave my side so we-“Taremipo-HU” (“Grandpa” in OCCOULIA Tongue)” meditated together. Listen, this pure light/energy gift from the Cosmos sat there through 32mins with me without any problems and drifted off to sleep.
From this point on I’m sharing it with all the babes in my care. This “village” will rise together!!!

My boyfriend Ken & I both enjoy the meditations together for a deeper conncetion to each other , I feel variouse vibrations & sensations through out meditation . Some times we hold hands and meditate together … I do however.. it seems at times.. fall asleep here & there even tho I am sitting up in my favorite chair . Not for long tho , and so far haven’t fallen out of my chair. I would recomend for a beginner to make sure they meditate in a chiar that will support them well should they nod off …. so they don’t hit the floor . That would spoil a good meditation .LOL
All in all it is a very calming grounding experience . Thank you for extending that experience to others ~

Yooooooooooooooooooo…I have had my mind blown once again because of this site!!! Father God told me, back in the beginning of 2011, “This is the season I will blow your ever loving mind”…I laughed…bringing back to my remembrance that that was my request for years and I kept saying to those on my “page”, “The time is coming when God is gonna blow my ever loving mind!” I would even write it down. Manifestation to the fullest…that’s the Divine Key! My blessing today is that I am finally listening to the whole radio show WITH commentary, 3 hours plus, could have been even longer…My God! My God!! My God!!! I literally only heard the first maybe hour when I wrote my last comment abut the show…yoooo…this is amazing the way many of us are in tune, in the WAY we are in tune…on the same frequency. WOOOW…a lady just came on and said the same thing about us being in sync, as I am typing. I have to be sooo mindful of the words that are coming into my thoughts right now, old programming that I choose not to repeat, of how I would usually express my overwhelming feeling of joy in a detrimental manner. Mercy…smh…how society and such, HAD us brainwashed to articulate POSITIVE in negative ways/cliches/words…whatever…done wit dat! Thank God!
I def need some enlightenment on the movements of the Moon cycles and such, and times of when to do what. I have been watching the moon for years and am always amazed by it, however, need to wake up that which is within & dormant…waiting to be released and activated…then again…as I have proven over & over again being apart of this family & listening to info on youtube relevant to this illumination of Being…I probably have already BEEN operating in the Divine Moon flow and just didn’t know…lol

The being in water comment…for YEARS…for ever…I would get into this mode, most likely when I was still in stress mode/work mode/not balanced mode/not peace mode…yet… where I would say how I need to get in some water, not just a bath or the shower, but the sea, the ocean. Then sometimes it would be that I need to get in a tub of water and just soak…and not bc of pain. Now at that time, I didn’t know what I know about “knowing” and that I even KNEW…anything. That was the power within me just…BEING and walking me through my journey, etc! Glory To The Most High God!
Yo, I have to yo you right now @Moorpheus…the limited words in my vocabulary are not able to really express the way I feel right now…AGAIN!!! So all I can say Again is…Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!! And I thank my sistah @Najaah, for recognizing it was my time to join the community/family here. I know she didn’t know, all that was going on within my head & Being, ALL the years we have known each other, bc I was too shy to allow myself to express these thoughts, from 11 years old, maybe younger…we will see. I never heard any1 speak my thoughts the way I was hearing them…however, I knew they were on point to a certain degree. I know she knew that this was what I needed for me to get to the next Dimension…the 5th Dimension (and that is another commentary to come…smh…I Love This!!!). This is why it is so important for us to follow the movement of The Spirit…at ALL times!
Then you acknowledging the blessing of the Queen of Cups within me, (googled it)…I humbly thank you…for that is trullllllly me to the Divine core of my Divine Being! Have been working on the part of “distraction” in the detrimental state of being, though it is a part of me that is a form of multi-tasking and that is a blessed state of Being.
Again, the show is an excellent expression of all that was & IS going on, Moorpheus, from Divine Inception…to now. My sugg is that you keep this on the site…it is inspirational and will lead, encourage & bless people to know they are in the right place at THEIR right time…of their journey! I “great”fully express how important & significant ALL of this trullllly is…

I received this in a meditation of mine about 2 or 3 yrs ago, that this was to come. And now again today, 4/18/12, 12pm meditation…certain gods/men of this world, shall rise up to their most powerful positions, within AND without themselves. This is the time fam…2012! This is going to be the “showing up” of their powerful, unified stance! Not those who have BEENin power and who have failed mankind, disastrously, and without care, however, those of the Divine “God Mind”, who flow in the Dimensions of Peace, Love & Unity on another level of under/overstanding. These are the gods/men, that recognize the power of the goddess/women in this Dimensional Realm, who are also flowing Divinely in the “God Mind”. They know their position to empower the god in their life and other gods. They know their humble position…humble because the power is sooo supernatural, divine & intense, them trapped in their own detrimentally programmed mind, would loose control & be deceived to think they are the man/god. Also being deceived that they could do all & be all, without a man/god. We all have our positions to play and god & goddess, have been out of order for too long…now is the time to orchestrate the change and restore order! We Have The Power!!! We, through our new Divine Programming, knowing, trusting & believing beyond any doubt, that we know, that the god/man IS the head and we are the power behind the man/god. Empowering him to flow in an essence never seen before on this planet…not in its fullness. The diabolical plan came against that Divine Plan, at creation as we know that part…Adam & Eve. Now some of you may have a different perception, “perception is reality” of this…however, if you allow The Spirit to track back for you, you will see that it is what it is. Not info you have read in a book by another or HEARD another tell you, however, what you shall receive for YOURSELF from the Divine Creator, The Most High God…He IS Within You and He Shall Reveal The Truth, Through and With Mother Wisdom and His Divine Holy Spirit.
Our Blessing here, @Moorpheus, if you have listened to the radio program on this site, tells of how he himself was under Divine Illumination in order to create this site in 2011…stop playing!!! I know that’s real, because in 2011 their were many gods & goddesses being awakened to another Dimension. Some were already awake to diff Dimensions, however, now we should be at higher levels & deeper depths…Especially after these “meds”…”meds” for real!Real Talk!!!

I am “great”ful for this site, it has opened me up to another dimension of meditation. The water is amazing! The water cleanses from the opening. Washing the parts of our minds that are detrimentally trapped, blocked, and/or confused or from the daily foolishness that tries to re-enter. Then it comes again in the middle of the med, to remove the fragments, trying to stay in its comfy warm environment, that has been pulled up and out til that moment, then it ends with a washing of clarity, to send you on your way til the next time you come for a refreshing or a new down/upload. Beautiful.
Since I have been apart of this family, I have been moving forward in this journey of awakening to another level. It is as if everything is now on fast forward. Calling these meditations “meds” is sooo perfect, because this is healing for the body, mind and soul, drawing us closer to our intended spirit Being in the earth realm, IF we allow it o be. It draws the things into our lives that we may have dismissed because of societal brainwashing, environmental upbringing or confusion…not knowing a lie from the truth or a lie mixed IN the truth…having no discernment. it draws to us what is needed in areas we have missed or forgotten {because ALL answers are already deep within and we all have diff pieces to the main puzzle}. It draws and presents All that is to be obtained for our personal and connected journey and mission here on this earthly plain. Then it being done in community/family style…WOW…”it takes a village to raise a child”…it takes a family/community to raise the divine consciousness in this earth realm…especially if the community/village is of one…NEO…mind. That powerful, divine energy draws us closer to the higher heights and deeper depths of ALL we are intended to enter…IF WE ALLOW IT…
Entering into our true god status!
We have to really begin to walk in/out & KNOW who we are…in order to really maximize on the tools given to us to “shut down” the foolishness on this plain.
These meds, must be taken serious and relished as food & drink, for it opens us up to divine direction. Also an understanding, a wisdom & knowledge we know nothing about…yet… …There IS sooo much more…

lol Thank God for the birds Moorpheus! Again I thank you! The Father, Mother Wisdom Sophia and those amazing message bearing Birds, prepared me for a class I am taking. The water cleansed me from detrimental programming, so that I could receive this info in limitless proportions. The Alpha Brainwaves sharpened & strengthened me for this new info I am taking in…I researched the brainwave info, a little. There is sooo much I have received from these meditation aka meds, it trullly is medication for the body, mind, soul and spirit…life blessing!
I am trullllllly blessed to have done all that meditating I did from the day I signed on, {the 24th, thanks Najaah} for all those 10 days, basically 6 or 7 x a day. I now know, was for a specific reason…everything always is!…I really have no connection where I am for the next several days…in ALL things I give thanks. When I can I will though. I sooo missed my meditation last night, after I found out there was no wireless service here. However, I will be back on Sunday. Thanks again for creating this site…I have been sooo blessed…it is all I can do to say thank you again and again…

I am soooo “great”ful to this next dimension, I have to make sure to pace myself and allow the Spirit to have its way, according to Divine Order. The Master Plan is always in effect, though we have our “eyes” opened and have been illuminated to the next level or dimension and have accepted the truth. Sooo unfortunate for those who were illuminated and were uncomfortable to move or stay focused. So I encourage us to stay focused and receive all blessings and power waiting to be released and uncovered into our Beings. Only missed the 7pm, was on the road again…I am riding this Divine Moment ALL the way and loving every new, Dimensional, continuous, “awakening”, moment of it!…for this is just a moment in time…in this 10 yr journey of mine…ALL Glory Goes To The Most High God!!! Life could not possibly get better than this, except what THIS is ALL leading to… Since the upgrade was done, I have been in almost every meditation session, except 2 ystrdy(on the road) & the last 10 mins of the 3:00 on Tues, bc I thought it began at 4. I would make comments on every session, however not possible, that is how amazing these meditations are to me & for me. My whole Being is diff, I was mellow b4, however, this is trulllly an amazing new dimensional experience. The water gets more & more euphoric…more than that. It embraces me, cleanses me, illuminates me, lifts me up…still sooo much more! Besides calling on Father God, I also had Mother Wisdom Sophia with me, both speaking & guiding…Life Can’t Get Better Than This, Right Here! Just got a pair of Dr. Dre earphones, a gift from my
hubby right on time. This meditation was a little off because i am collasping old programs. I haven’t ordered my sigil program yet. I’m using the example Moorpheus gave us in the explantion. Listening to the Secret of Secrets radio/video, dozed off in phn call session…some time after 5am…woke up to the sound of the water cleansing…Amazing! Though I know it is rec to sit up straight, I continued to lay down by Divine instruction and away I went gently “into” the water and sounds. What stood out was the way my head periodically was being raised upward…less than inch by inch and right before the ending of the music, my head began to lower…My, My, My! Being in such a state of “flow”, even when the meditation music ended…my Being was still flowing and accessing….meaning once again(3/24) I could not move. I heard my nephew come in the room about 6:30 when he usually awakes, then he came in again when he leaves at 7 or so, to say good-bye, not knowing if I was still sleeping(which I am usually not), I could not answer…”flowing” that long, Amazing! This is soooo powerful! Thank God I am not working right now. Divine Timing! ONLY Divine Timing! Peace, Grace & Love!

How A M A Z I N G!!! As I clicked on FREE at 10:37pm, my body began to “quicken” and did not stop for atleast 10 min or so. As I heard the water, my body felt like it was drawn in powerfully…Oh My, My, My…as if “locked in” for a journey…and was I! I was taken to a place where I felt & rolled around in the grass, in real time, not like NY grass, like fresh, sweet grass…I saw the place I was in…not as in a vision, however, as if physically there, smelling the essence of it ALL! Zoomed/floated around and could even smell the sweetness of the perfume of the person I saw (had this exp bk in June, however, this was as if I was literally there!). There was more, however, the next thing that was amazing to me was that AFTER the music ended…I could not move my legs, arms or head until 11:41pm, as if in a state of transformation within…is the only way I am lead to explain it. Then, taking in this Deep Breath, like coming from under water, floating as if renewed in a new way…Body, Mind Soul & Spirit!!! I simply love this and prayed that these 4 times a day, would be my private time with The Most High Jehovah God. I know I shall be granted this request, for I have asked and am trulllllllly Thankful for this amazing experience!!! As I sit here rereading this…I now remember, requesting within, some time ago, for some form of music that I could “Go In” with. My prayers have been answered! Glory To God!!! WHAT IN THE HEAVENS, DID I JUST EXPERIENCE? ok, this mediation does not have a name posted to it, but this one was definitely by far one of THE BEST MEDITATIONS YET!!!
i went into so many places on this one. First, when I put on the headphones, and closed my eyes it was like i saw these swirls of like fine liquid metal, something like how smoke twirls when its flowing from an incense stick or a cigarette. I was laying on my back on the floor, on memory foam, then I this euphoric smile overcame me, and I was just laying on my back thinking this is awesome, it just felt i was being penetrates with a deep musical message. I really don’t like trying to describe my meditation experiences in words because the words just don’t do the experience justice, that’s why a lot of times I won’t even write, but this was such a mellow experience I just had to put keystrokes to e-screen, even at one point i felt like i was in a room filled with this like grayish smokey charcoal liquid metal filled room. Crazy just crazzzzzy… deep! and no, i wasn’t under the influence of anything accept peace and deep breaths…
